About Me
Hi, I'm Reuben Miller, an Alberta-certified mathematics instructor and the founder of RM Tutoring Services. I studied mathematics at the University of Alberta, where I developed a strong foundation in advanced mathematical theory, analytical problem solving, and evidence-based instructional practices.
As a certified educator in Alberta, I have extensive experience helping students succeed in both the Alberta curriculum and post-secondary mathematics. I work with high school, college, and university students across a wide range of courses, from Math 10C, 20-1, 30-1, and AP Calculus to Calculus I, II, III, Differential Equations, and other advanced university mathematics courses.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes deep conceptual understanding rather than memorization. I use a clear, step-by-step approach that helps students understand why mathematical methods work, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to solve unfamiliar problems independently. Whether you're preparing for Alberta diploma examinations, university midterms, final exams, or advanced calculus coursework, I am committed to providing personalized instruction that leads to lasting success.
