Welcome to RM Tutoring Services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any related offerings. By accessing or using our platform in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the site or booking sessions, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Services

Our tutoring services are provided for educational purposes only. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and policies. You must not misuse our services, which includes but is not limited to:

• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the services.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
• Using our content for commercial gain without explicit written permission.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

All tutoring sessions must be scheduled through our official booking platform. You may choose from available time slots based on the tutor’s availability.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session or fail to attend ("no-show"), the full session fee will be charged and no refund will be issued.
• Repeated cancellations may result in suspension or termination of access to booking privileges.

3. Payments and Billing

All services must be paid for in advance through our secure online payment system. We accept major credit cards, and in some cases, third-party processors like Stripe or PayPal.

• Session fees are clearly displayed during the booking process.
• Prepaid packages may be available at a discounted rate and are subject to their own terms of validity and usage.
• By making a purchase, you agree to abide by our Refund Policy.

4. Tutor Conduct and Responsibilities

Our tutors are vetted and trained to provide professional educational support. They agree to maintain the confidentiality of any student information and conduct sessions in a respectful and supportive manner. However, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or performance results.

5. User Responsibilities

As a student or parent, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during registration and communication.
• Ensuring you have a stable internet connection and functional device for online sessions.
• Being punctual and prepared for each tutoring session.
• Communicating respectfully with tutors and staff.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by RM Tutoring Services, including lesson plans, worksheets, notes, and video recordings (if any), are the intellectual property of RM Tutoring Services or its licensors. These materials may not be shared, published, or reused for any other purpose without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide high-quality tutoring, RM Tutoring Services is not liable for:

• Academic outcomes such as grades, test scores, or admission results.
• Technical issues beyond our control, such as software outages or internet failures.
• Loss of data, unauthorized access to user accounts, or third-party service interruptions.

8. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your access to tutoring sessions and materials will be revoked.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after such updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations or mediation in Edmonton, Alberta.
