Refund Policy
At RM Tutoring Services, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized tutoring that supports your academic success. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we aim to handle refund requests fairly and transparently.
1. Session Cancellations and Rescheduling
- At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.
- If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the session, the full session fee will still apply, and no refund will be issued.
- Sessions missed without notice (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.
2. Refunds for Prepaid Packages
- Prepaid tutoring packages are refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided that no sessions in the package have been used.
- If one or more sessions have been used, a partial refund may be issued for the unused sessions, minus a 10% administrative fee.
3. Technical Issues or Tutor Absence
If a session is interrupted or canceled due to technical issues on our end or tutor unavailability, we will reschedule the session at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your first session, please contact us within 24 hours. We may offer a full refund or a free replacement session on a case-by-case basis.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email reuben.miller@rmtutoringservices.com with the following details:
- Your full name
- Date of the session or purchase
- Reason for your refund request
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days if approved.
